Services for Louise Armstrong Glover, 73, Adams Avenue, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with the Revs. Greg Giltner, John R. Christian and Larry Jones officiating.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

She died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at her home following a long illness.

A native of Christian County, she was born Feb. 15, 1931, the daughter of the late Webster Lee Armstrong Sr. and Eulah Cannon Armstrong.

She had worked for 25 years for the Christian County Board of Education, was a member of the board of directors of the Western Kentucky State Fair, was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Democratic Women's Club and for 25 years was a 4-H club leader. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Eston W. Glover Sr.; two sons, Eston W. Glover Jr., Elkton, Thomas P. Glover, Providence; two daughters, Janice Louise Glover, Madisonville, Donna Cornelius, Hopkinsville; two brothers, W.L. Armstrong Jr., Biloxi, Miss., Robert "Bobby" Armstrong, Hopkinsville; two sisters, Charlotte Sivells and Sue Jones, both of Hopkinsville, 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
