Charles was a Veteran of the United States Army and a member of Allegheny Lodge #114 F & AM. Charles owned & operated Roswell Sewing Center for many years. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather & great-grandfather, brother, uncle & friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew & loved him. Besides his parents, Charles was preceded in death by brothers, James Rowe and Julius (J.C.) Harkins, and sisters Norma Jean Jones and Eula Lee Spence.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville with Rev, Jerry Helton officiting. Music will be presented by Calvin Collins. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery.
