Clear Spring - THELMA BLANCH CLARK, 95, of 14431 Mercersburg Road, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, at Washington County Hospital. Born Nov. 15, 1909, in Dry Run, Md., she was the daughter of the late David Filmore Robinson and Mary Jane Faith Robinson. Her husband, Lloyd Edward Clark, died in 1977.
She operated Clark's Grocery in Dry Run for about 25 years. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Ray L. E. Clark and William L. Clark, both of Clear Spring; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Fay L. Burkett; one sister; and one brother.
Services were held at Mountain View Baptist Church, Hagerstown; burial was in St. Paul Cemetery, Clear Spring; arrangements were by Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home, Clear Spring.
