Mrs. Hattie J. Dooley
Mrs. Hattie J. Dooley, 80, of RR 3, West Terre Haute, died at 2:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Hospital. She was a member of the New Goshen Pilgrim Holiness Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Robinson, of RR3, West Terre Haute, Miss Gladys Dooley, of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Ora B Scott, of Merritt Island, Florida; seven sons, Marion, Carl and Aaron, all of Indianapolis, Paul, of West Terre Haute, Clarence of Evansville, John, of San Diego, Calif., and Woodrow, of Greenfield; one sister, Francis Springston, of Chico, Calif., two brothers, Fred and James Wood, both of San Jose, Calif., one step-daughter, Miss Avaline Dooley, of West Terre Haute, one step-son, Max Dooley, of Dayton, Ohio; 38 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. The body was taken to the Bedino Chapel of the Valley where friends may call. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Pilgrim Holiness Church. Burial will be in Bethesda cemetery.
