"Evelyn Mary Bodamer, aged 2 years and 7 months, daughter of Mr and Mrs Walter C Bodamer, 340 Brook street, died at 2:40 pm, Thursday. She met with an accident in the form of a burn about 10 days ago, which developed into pneumonia. Everything possible was rendered, but to no avail. She is survived by her parents and the following brothers and sister: Walter, Jr, Beverly, and Paul, all at home. She was a most lovable child and will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral arrangements will be announced later."
