John William Merritt died at the age of 77 years.
John William (Bill) was the son of John Wesley and
Lydia Louzina (Lamb) Merritt, and was married to
Zella Mae (Boler) Merritt and
Clara Bell (Albertson) Merritt.
He was the father of Walter Raymond, John Thomas,
Margaret June, Logan Randuff,
William Lloyd and Pop to Clara Louzina.
John William was a quiet, good and honest person. His
intergiety was never questioned. If he gave you his word,
You most certainly could count on it.

My Pop and my best friend.

..............................................................
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and a picture in a frame.
Your memory is a Keepsake from which I'll never part.
God has you in His arms, I have you in my heart.
