Mrs. Daisy Badgley Dies In Indianapolis.
Mrs. Daisy Badgley, age 66, died in Methodist hospital at Indianapolis Sunday after an illness of six months. She had entered the hospital 12 days ago….Burial will take place in Greenlawn cemetery….
Mrs. Badgley was born in Hensley township December 29, 1881, the daughter of Richard H. and Sarah E. Buckner Spicer. Her entire life had been spent in Johnson county.
She was married to Adin Badgley and four children were born to this union. They are Charles Badgley of Indianapolis; Mrs. Dorothy Anderson of Muskegon, Mich., and Mrs. Sylvia Fergason of Franklin, all surviving. One child preceded the mother in death.
Others remaining are two brothers, Tilford Spicer of Providence, and W. V. Spicer, and six grandchildren….
Mrs. Badgley was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist church.
