KIMBERLY - Theo Aslett, 77, of Kimberly, died Saturday at the Mountain View Convalescent Center in Kimberly.
Born Aug. 20, 1906, at Lava Hot Springs, he married Edith Biggs in 1926 at Pocatello.
During his working life, he was engaged in road construction and had traveled throughout the United States.
He settled in the Magic Valley area 40 years ago. He was a member of the Kimberly chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are; his wife of Kimberly; three sons, Wendell Aslett of Kimberly, Zan Aslett of Twin Falls and Ronald Aslett of Seattle; six brothers, Dale Aslett and Marvin Aslett, both of Twin Falls, Duane Aslett of Shoshone, Garth Aslett of Filer, Artell Aslett of Kimberly and Worthing Aslett of Austin, Texas; and three sisters, Wanda Say and Ada Riggins, both of Kimberly, and Vera Hadley of Ogden, Utah.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, a sister and three grandchildren..
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at White Mortuary in Twin Falls, with Bishop Robert K. Whittaker officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls.
