E Dale Moran, 71, died October 8, 1994, in the John Knox Village Care Center, Lee's Summit, where he lived. Memorial services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday at Christ the King Catholic Church, Kansas City [, Missouri]. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
Mr Moran was born in Fillmore, Missouri, and lived in this area most of his life. He was a supervisor at the General Motors Leeds assembly plant, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa Moran, Lee's Summit; a son, Philip Moran, Lone Jack in Jackson County; three daughters, Madeline Weiler, Kansas City, Beatrice Turner, Osawatomie, Kansas, and Barbara Riley, Independence; his mother, Beatrice Moran, Savannah, Missouri; a sister, Doris Purvis, St Joseph; fourteen grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
