George Everett Pinner, 28, 1949 N. Union street,died at 6pm Sunday in the Decatur and Macon county hospital. His death was caused by chronic infection and followed an illness of eight months.
Mr. Pinner was born in Paris, Ill, Dec. 29, 1905. He had resided in Decatur for the last 11 years. He was formerly a member of the Illinois National Guard. He was a member of St.Pauls Methodist church.
He and Miss Mildred Fortner were married in Decatur Dec 29, 1931. He leaves his wife and one son Edward Pinner, nine months old. He also leaves his mother Mrs.Thomas Dial, 430 E.Marietta street. He also leaves a half sister, Mrs. John Boyer and three half brothers,Hobart and Hubert Dial all of Decatur and Paul Dial, Minneapolis.
The body was taken to the Moran & Son funeral home where friend may call. The funeral will be held at 2:30 pm Tuesday in St.Pauls Methodist church.
