Mrs. John (Helen Irene Dial) Boyer, 73, of Decatur, formerly of Los Alamos, N.M., died 6:43 a.m. Thursday (July 7, 1988) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Services Saturday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetary.
Mrs. Boyer was born in Mackinaw, daughter of Thomas E. and Mary A. (Cornwell) Dial. She was retired from a laboratory in Los Amos and was a member of Central Christian Church. She married John E. Boyer in 1933. He died in 1981.
Surviving are her sons, John E. Jr. of San Marcos, California; Robert of Los Amos; brother, Hobert Dial of Decatur; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren. Three brothers proceeded her in death.
