She was a member of Glasgow Wesleyan Church.

Her husband; three grandchildren: Tina Gray (Greg) of Summer Shade, James Runyon (Sandy) of Glasgow and Jessie Runyon (Lori) of Lafayette, TN: nine great grandchildren: Kasie Runyon, Dustyn Runyon, Jennicka Runyon, Haley Runyon, John Runyon, Cole Runyon, Reese Runyon, Harley Gray and Rebecca Gray; one great-great grandchild: Maryann Runyon and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents; one daughter: Mary Ann Runyon; four brothers: William, Jack, Howard and Jessie Abney; and three sisters: Elizabeth Watson, Evie Lee Bruton and Nannie Mae Neal.
