NOTES from great nephew, Doug Obermann, in 2023:
- Died of diphtheria.
- He had black hair.
- See my grandmother Adela M. Obermann's 1976 handwritten note (given to me for my 8th grade history project) about these brothers. Yes, Pearl was a boy's name in this case. My grandfather was Harry William Obermann, their brother, and he was only 7 months old whenever George and Pearl passed away.
- Maybe born in the area of Mount Vernon, Kendall County, Illinois, USA like his sister Edith Obermann.
- Pearl's brother, George H. Obermann, is buried two plots away to the right (on empty plot in between), since they died only 15 days apart. George's memorial is #251387312.
