Hubert R. Lee, 86, 206 W. 5th St., Greensburg, died at 2:03 a.m. Sunday, Mary 19, 1991 at his home.
He was born June 13, 1904 in Greensburg, the son of Jesse and Grace Shafer Lee. He was a former employee of the Indiana Gas Co., Greensburg. He had also worked at Johnson Wholesale Co., where he retired.
On Nov. 9, 1935, he married Goldie M. Foster, and she survives, with two sons, Gene F. and Joe D. Lee, both of Greensburg, one daughter, Mrs. James Leroy (Karen Sue) Scudder, Greensburg; two sisters, Jesse Black and Reba Sneed, both of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sons, Ronald L., Jack L., and Harold R. Lee, and two brothers, John and Robert Lee.
The services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home, Greensburg, with the Rev. Michael Miller officiating.
Burial will be in the South Park Cemetery, Greensburg.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
Memorials may be made to the Bartholomew County Area Hospice.
