Annell Ard Potter, 90, a native and lifelong resident of Foley, died Sunday, March 21, 2010.
She was the last surviving member of the 1936 graduating class of Summerdale High School. She was very actively involved in the Foley Church of Christ since 1947.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce (Steve) Norris of Foley; two granddaughters, Missy Everage and Lezley (Matt) Gilley of Foley; four great-grandchildren, Amber Kitchens, Blake Salter, Taylor Gilley and Drew Gilley; two great-great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Kitchens and Kaitlynne Salter; sister, Marcline Underwood of Foley; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation begins at noon with funeral services at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 25 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley. Interment will follow at Wynn Cemetery, Summerdale.
