Survivors include his wife, Jinnie V. Ard; two sisters, Annell Potter and Marcline Underwood, all of Foley.
Visitation will be held Monday from 1:30 p.m. until the 2:30 p.m. funeral at Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. Burial will be in Wynn Cemetery.

Luther "Buck" Ard, 87, a native and resident of Foley, died Feb. 21, 2003 at his residence. He was a member of the Summerdale Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Jinnie V. Ard of Foley; two sisters, Annell Potter and Marciline Underwood, both of Foley; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Feb. 24 at Bayview Funeral Home's Foley chapel with burial in Wynn Cemetery.
