Enoch Chamberlin was the ninth Child of Col. William Chamberlin and the second child of William's second wife, Anne Park. He was born on October 39, 1774, Monmouth New Jersey. He married Elizabeth Chamberlin, his cousin, They had 12 children, 8 sons and 4 dughters. In 1805 he purchased land in Seneca New York. Enoch was a supervisor of Fayette in 1825, 1826 and 1828 and was the overseer of roads in 1827. In 1828 he also served as coroner for Fayette. He died intestate, on May 29, 1834 in Fayette, New York and was buried in the Bear Cemetery, Seneca New York.
