When Rhoda Clegg Nelson was born on 14 April 1901, in Marysville, Fremont, Idaho, her father, John Clegg Nelson (1866-1952), was 34 and her mother, Nancy Mary Crouch (1875-1946), was 25. She married Justus Earl Seely (1896-1974) on 26 June 1918, in Claresholm, Willow Creek No. 26, Alberta, Canada. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 4 daughters. She immigrated to Babb, Glacier, Montana, in 1931 and lived in Emery, Utah, for about 15 years and Ogden City Legislative District 1, Ogden City Election Precinct, Weber, Utah in 1940. She died on 27 April 1967, in Denver, Colorado, at the age of 66, and was buried in South Ogden, Weber, Utah.
