Born Jan. 21, 1913, in Grant, NE. Went to rest on Feb. 9, 2006, in Sacramento.
Predeceased by Donald Epperson, her husband of 51 years.
Beloved mother of Marilyn Byquist, Joanne Lavagnino, and the late Ilene Vitzthum and Janice Barr.
Devoted grandmother to Julie Ann and Teresa Lavagnino, David Vitzthum and the late Greogry Vitzthum, and Dean, Cheryl, and Jeffrey Byquist.
She was employed by the State of Calif. Department of Education for many years. She loved gardening and spending time with her family, especially on holidays and was a devout member of the Church of Christ in Carmichael.
Friends and family are invited to attend graveside services on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 2:00 PM at East Lawn Sierra Hills, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento.
