Lyndon--Paul Brecheisen, 82 years 10 months 16 days passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015 in Topeka, Kansas. He was born on July 26, 1932 on the family farm east of Lyndon, the son of Clarence Paul and Hallie Alice McCreight Brecheisen. Paul lived his whole life on the family farm, working as a Farmer and Stockman. He graduate from Lyndon High School in 1951. He was a member of the Kansas Livestock Association, the Kansas Farm Bureau, the Lyndon School Board, the Valley Brook Township Board and the Vassar United Methodist Church. He played slow pitch on the local teams, and followed the local high school youth in their sporting actives. As well as being a K.C. Royals fan. Paul and Dollie were married August 21,1951, at the Topeka Presbyterian Church in Topeka. Paul is survived by his wife Dollie of the home; his son, Doug Brecheisen of Lyndon; his two daughters, Diana (Earl) Detwiler of Lyndon and Anita (Rick) Hodge of Topeka; his brother, Charles (Ruth) Brecheisen of Topeka; his sister, Maxine Miller of Topeka; four grandchildren; Aaron Detwiler, Bethany Detwiler, Caleb Gardner, and Rachel King; ten great-grandchildren Sha' Detwiler, Jullian Detwiler, Hailei Detwiler, Sadie Detwiler, Jazmyne Detwiler, Ty Gardner, Hunter Kamlitz, Mason Kamlitz, Miles King, and Mollee King Memorial services for Paul will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 16 at the Vassar United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm at the Feltner Funeral Home in Lyndon. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vassar United Methodist Church or the L.H.S. Athletic Fund, sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Ave., Lyndon, KS., 66451.
