Mrs. Tinder was born in Rockford, Ill., a daughter of the late Donald and Josephine Tolmie. She married Delmar Tinder Oct. 30, 1962 in Antigo. He survives.
A Beloit resident for several years, she farmed in Clinton for 13 years before moving to White Lake in 1962, when she and her husband purchased the Del-Mar-Bar, which she operated until her death.
Mrs. Tinder was a member of Langlade County Tavern League.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. H. Fran, (Joanne) Brunzlick, Beloit, a granddaughter and a great granddaughter.
Along with her parents, a sister and a brother preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the McCandless-Zobel and Bradley Funeral Home. Rev. Gene Krueger will officiate with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday between 3:30 and 8 p.m. and Monday from noon until the time of services.
