John R. Brungardt, 64, died Sunday, June 25 at his home.
He was born at Victoria May 29, 1914 the son of John F. & Anna Marie (VonFeldt) Brungardt.
He was a retired Ellis County employee and lifetime resident of Victoria until he moved to Hays eight years ago.
His wife Philomene preceded him in death.
Surviving three sons, Gary J., Russell, Donald J., Hays, and Robert L., Troy, Ill.; seven sisters, Sr. Lioba Marie, Beliot, Sr. Conrad, Concordia, Mrs. Anna Wittman, Victoria, Mrs. Helen Braun, Mrs. Mary Bell and Mrs. Al Ubert, all of Hays, and Mrs. Ada Lang, Ellis; three grandchildren.
Funeral 9 a.m. Thursday, St. Fidelis Church, Victoria, Fr. Felix Petrovosky; St. Fidelis Cemetery.
