Funeral services for Miriam Marjorie Lott Williams, 89, of Blackville, SC will be held eleven a.m. Monday, May 25, 2015 at the Blackville First Baptist Church with the Reverend Ken Frederick officiating; burial will be in the Blackville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. The family has asked that memorial contributions be given to Blackville First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 217, Blackville, SC 29817. Mrs. Williams passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Born in Barnwell County, she was the daughter of the late Leon William Lott and Geneva Givens Lott and was married to the late Douglas Morris Williams, Sr. She was a faithful member of Blackville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter, Catherine Williams Bergen and Earl H. Bergen of Bluffton, SC; son, Morris and Mary Ellen Williams of Blackville; sister, Audrey Lott Bodiford of Barnwell; four grandchildren, Jennifer and Stephen McNair of Lexington, Jason and Jennifer Williams of Myrtle Beach, Nicole and Josh Smith of Early Branch, Morgan Bergen of Bluffton, SC and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Lynn Williams; sisters, Theo Lott Bodiford and Lois Lott Hair; brothers, Leon Ronald Lott, Sr., Frank B. Lott, Paul G. Lott and William D."Bill" Lott, Sr.
