She was born August 21, 1910 in Curryville, the daughter of Frank Turner and Bertha Mae Henderson Branstetter. She married Joe E. Privett April 1, 1931 in Troy, MO. He preceded her in death July 5, 1972.

Restora grew up on the farm near Curryville and lived in Bowling Green all of her married life until moving to Lynn’s Heritage House in Louisiana. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church where she served as a deacon, was a member of the Ergonian Class and baked bread for church communion for 20 years. She was also a member of the Rebeccas, Ashley Study Club, Mothers Club, DAR, Democrat Club, Business and Professional Womans Club and the American Legion Auxiliary. She loved to quilt for her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she enjoyed dancing, playing bridge, canasta, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Mizzou basketball and making christmas cookies.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mark A. Niemeyer, Earl J. Niemeyer, Mel J. Niemeyer, Jay Niemeyer, Lee W. Akers, Tod Privett, Evan Privett and Carl Privett. Honorary pallbearers will be nieces and nephews.
