DEATH NOTICE

DEATH OF LOUIS BURRE

Louis Burre, one of the best known truck gardener and fruit growers in this part of the county died at his home at Twenty-second and Spruce streets yesterday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Mr. Burre was 29 years of age and had been ill for some time with a complication of ills. Besides his father, John H. Burre he is survived by his brother Fred, and his sisters Mrs. G. Rozendal and Mrs. J.H. Mayer. Funeral services will be held at the Lutheran Church at 10 o'clock Friday morning and will be conducted by Rev. A.G. Dick.

Mr. Burre was a young man of untiring energy and was planning big things for the future. In addition to making an ideal fruit ranch of his place here. He was contemplating the matter of going into the fruit business in Florida, devoting his winters to that state and his summer to Leavenworth County. His death is a distinct loss to Leavenworth County.
