Hardie), John, Patrick (Ellen O'Connor), Mary (Lewis Alfred Adams), Michael (Anna), Ellen (T. Meyers), Margaret (D. Meyers), and Delia (Elmer S. "Pete" Shannon). The family was raised near Jamaica in Guthrie County, Iowa. Eddie was killed by a train at age 17.
