Anna B. Tull was the daughter of farmer and US Civil War, Union Soldier Martin V. Tull and his wife Sarah Emma Bowman. She had one sister, Katherine Tull, a school teacher who remained single.

Anna married Robert Kelley, the son of John R. Kelley and Alice (Shaw) Kelley. This couple had three children: Anna Louise Kelley, John Robert Kelley, and Ruth K. Kelley. Robert was an attorney in general practice in St. Louis, MO.
He died of pulmonary tuberculosis 27 Dec 1938 and was buried in the Oak Grove Cemetery 29 Dec 1938.

Anna died at St. Mary's Hospital in Ironton, Iron County, Missouri on 2 Oct 1951. Medical certification provides the condition leading directly to death as Cerebral apoplexy, antecedent causes of arterial hypertension, arterio scelerosis, and chronic myocarditis.
