John Malloy, 36, native of Stockton, Mo., and a Butte resident since he was 13, died yesterday in a local hospital. His home was 1915 Carolina avenue. He was a miner.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Pearl Malloy; two sons, Jackie and Harry Malloy; five brothers, Samuel, Charles, William, Thomas and Bert Malloy, all of Butte; three sisters, Mrs. James Kurk, Park City; Mrs. Al Shumaker, Washington; Mrs. Olive Vickery, California; a mother-ln-law, Mrs. P. E. Evans, Butte; also several nieces and nephews in Butte and Washington.
Funeral services will be conduct at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Rose room of the Duggan-Merrill mortuary.
NO monument was found in cemetery.
