JAMES WILLIAM MURRAY, SR., died Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his home, 49 West Side avenue, aged 61 years.
He was a member of the Washington Square Methodist church, the Men's Bible Class and the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Carrie R. Murray, the following survive: daughters, Caroline and Garnetto Murray, at home; Mrs. Gilbert Winters, Mrs. Beatrice Ridgely and Mrs. Florence Betts, Hagerstown; Mrs. Sarah Haller, Baltimore; son, James W. Murray, Jr., at home; brothers, Kemp Murray, Hagerstown; Frank, John, George, Charles, and Percy Murray, Williamsport; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from Washington Square Methodist church. Interment in Rest Haven Cemetery.
