Mrs. CARRIE RINEHART MURRAY, widow of James William Murray, died at her home, 49 West Side Avenue, Saturday morning, aged 65 years. She was a member of the Washington Square Methodist Church.

She is survived by daughters, Mrs. Sarah Haller, Baltimore; Mrs. Beatrice Ridgley, Mrs. Florence Stevenson, Mrs. Gilbert Winters, Mrs. Caroline Brown, Mrs Garnetta Doub; son, J. William, all of Hagerstown; sisters, Mrs. Florence Murray, Williamsport; Mrs. Margaret Miller, Chambersburg; brothers, David and Charles, Greencastle; John, Cumberland; Harry, Hagerstown; Rev. Paul Rinehart, Baltimore; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She actually was Carrie Nunamaker-Rinehart. Her mother was Sallie A Foutz Nunamaker Rinehart. Sallie was married first to Thomas A Nunamaker in Washington County, Nov 17, 1879. Carrie was born June 10, 1880. On the 1900 U.S. census she was living in Franklin County, and listed as Carrie Nunamaker -stepdaughter. Her father, Thomas died March 11, 1881 and Sallie remarried to John D Rinehart in Washington County, Sept 20, 1883 and John Rinehart helped raise her and was the only father she knew.
