Pittsville — Funeral arrangements have not been completed for Harry Turner, 72, who died Thursday morning at his home, west of Pittsville, following a stroke.
Mr. Turner, a resident of the Pittsville area since 1906, was born at Rock, Wis., July 25, 1868, and was married in August, 1893.
Surviving are his wife and three children, Clark Turner and Mrs. Ivan Dow, Pittsville, and Leland Turner of Wautoma. There are two brothers, Lynn of Vesper and George LaMont of South Beloit; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Edwards of Vesper and Mrs. June Mead, a patient at St. Joseph's hospital in Marshfield; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The Pittsville Funeral home has charge of arrangements and services are to be held at the Congregational church. Burial will be in Mound cemetery.
