Mrs. Blanche Winifred Hargett, widow of John A. Hargett, near Gaithersburg, died at Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Wednesday evening at 11 o'clock, aged 53 years.
She was a daughter of Elijah T. Mills, Gaithersburg and the late Mamie Virginia Davis Mills and a member of Grace Methodist church, Gaithersburg.
Surviving, in addition to her father, are the following children: Mrs. Marion Beall, Jr., Washington Grove; John A. Hargett, Jr., at home; Mrs. Frank M. Crown, Jr., Gaithersburg; Thomas W. Hargett, Martha J. Hargett, Esther L. Hargett and Shirley E. Hargett, all at home; two brothers and one sister, Vernon D. Mills, Gaithersburg; Leon L. Mills, Port Pierce, Fla. and, Mrs. Hiram Perrrell, Neelsville.
The body rests at the funeral home, 106 East Church street where private funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock.
Interment in Forrest Oak cemetery, Gaithersburg.
