Richard Earl Plagman, the son of Earl C. and Ina Hawkins Plagman, was born in Alexandria, February 17, 1938, and passed away at a Minneapolis hospital Nov. 7th, 1946, being eight years and eight months at the time of his death. He was baptized in the Zion Lutheran church and he was in the second grade in the public school. His father was killed in action in France, Dec. 1, 1944.
Besides his mother and one sister, Darlene Ann, a grandmother, Mrs. Charles Waswo, a great grandmother Mrs. J. S. Alger mourn his passing.
Services were held Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home and at 3 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran church with Rev. A. C. Seltz officiating. The Zion Sunday school pupils sang two songs.
Interment was made in Kinkead cemetery. Pallbearers were Harold Steen, Loren Marxon, Loren Soderholm and Glen Hawkins.
