Pansy Marie Cummins, 91, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Arbor Grove Nursing Home. Pansy was born Aug. 18, 1923, in Decatur County, the daughter of Walter and Lily (Lee) Land.
On Jan. 19, 1946, Pansy married Millard Cummins and he preceded her in death in March of 1977.
Pansy was a housewife, raising her three children, and then became very involved in the Greensburg Senior Citizen Center for more than 30 years.
Survivors include her daughters, Deborah (Daniel) Holt and Jerelyn Koester, both of Greensburg; son, Kevin (Lori) Cummins, of Westport; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Elsie Jones and Violet Haas and two infant brothers.
There will be a visitation for family and friends held from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday, March 26 at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Funeral services begin at noon. Burial will follow at Sandcreek Cemetery.
