Charles A. Rooks, 90 years old, a retired farmer, died yesterday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. James Shughron, at Finesville. He was a member of the Lutheran-
Reformed Church, at Raubsville.

Mr. Rooks is survived by a son, Grover Rooks, of Carpentersville; the following daughters: Mrs. James Shughron, of Finesville; Mrs. James Fleck, of Revere, Pa.; Mrs. Elmer Wenhold, of Carpentersville; Mrs. William Mills, Mrs. William Clauson, both of Springtown; Mrs. Charles Deemer, of Warren Glen; a brother, Eugene Rooks, & a sister, Mrs. Catherine Lemmon, of Hightstown.

Funeral services Friday afternoon at the Shughron home in charge of the Rev. Henry Neikirk & burial in the Raubsville Cemetery.
