Marsha Ferrin, 93, of Scottsdale and formerly of Safford, entered into eternal life Friday afternoon, March 13, 2015, at the Royal Palm Assisted Living, surrounded by her loving family.
Marsha Mae Root Ferrin was born March 1, 1922, to Glen Gardner Root and Maggie Craig in Pima.
She is survived by: her husband of 71 years, Leven Ferrin; her four children, Greg Ferrin (Cecilia), Barbara Harrison (Frank), Paula Hunt (Roger) and Scott Ferrin (Davi); her 15 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Marsha will be conducted Thursday, March 19, 2015, at 10 a.m., at the Safford LDS 20th Street Chapel by Craig O’Donnal, of the Safford Fifth Ward.
Concluding services will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Thursday morning, March 19, 2015, from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., in the Safford 20th Street Chapel Relief Society Room.
