Brooks is survived by 6 daughters Tina Dockery husband Stanford of Morgantown, Ky., Rita Phelps husband Darrell Blunk of Morgantown, Ky., Shelia Neighbors husband Eric of Morgantown, Ky., Anita Dockery of Morgantown, Ky., Becky Belcher husband John of Morgantown, Ky. and Michelle Shain of Morgantwon, Ky.; 3 sons James Phelps of Morgantown, Ky., William Phelps wife Georgia of Morgantown, Ky and Michael Phelps of Morgantown, Ky. and severl grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral service Sat. August 8, 2009 at 11:00am with Bro. Halqua Wilson and Bro. Joey Dockery. officiating. Burial will be in the Lumbustown Cemetery. Visitation Friday August 7, 2009 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Sat. 8:00am til funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
