The funeral of Mr. Fred Adams, whose death from paralysis occurred his home at Hoffman and was noted in the Times, took place this morning at nine o'clock from St. Michael's Catholic church. Father Stephen J. C lark celebrated mass and conducted the services.

Interment was made in the Adams lot in St. Michael's Catholic cemetery on Mt. Pleasant street about ten o'clock.

A large crowd of friends and relatives from Hoffman and other places attended the funeral, Mr. Adams was born in 1845 and has resided at Hoffman for many years.

The following gentlemen served as pall and flower bearers: Messrs. John Carter, Lewis Kallmyer, John Martin, Thomas Higgins Jno. Seibert, Thomas Green, Henry Seiforth and William Hendley, all of Hoffman.

The deceased was fifty-nine years old and is survived by his wife and six children, two boys and four girls, as follows: Messrs. Frederick and George, Misses Marie, Eva, Elsie and Lara, all residing at Hoffman.
