Graduated from Seward High School. Graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lincoln in 1930 and practiced nursing until 1948. Married Edward Neid on April 14, 1948 in Grand Island. Following her husband's death in 1954, she returned to nursing, working at St. Francis Hospital, the Lutheran Hospital and the Nebraska Veterans Home. Member of Blessed Sacrament Parish.
Survived by five sons, Edward Neid, Fredrick Neid, James M. Neid, Patrick L. Neid and William H. Neid; a daughter, Catherine (Mrs. Wesley) Wendt; grandchildren; one sister, Rose Baker of Lincoln; three brothers, Milton Baker of Lincoln, Albert Baker of Norfolk and Francis Baker of Seward. Preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and one sister.
