He is survived by one son, Robert J. (Diana) Curry, one brother, Buford (Ruth) Curry, one sister, Catherine Beard, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
His parents, one sister, Charline Stephens and one brother, Truman Curry, Sr. also preceded him in death.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1944-46.
