She was born Sept. 8, 1918, in Gothenburg, Neb., a daughter of the late Clayton L. and Mae T. (Fotchman) Butler.
Mrs. Nugent was a homemaker and seamstress who made her own clothing. Her other interests included upholstering, fishing, gardening, raising chickens and helping on the family farm. She also enjoyed spending time at her son's cabin.
Mrs. Nugent is survived by her son, James Dolan of Cheyenne; sister, Ethel Couch; brother, George Butler; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James Dolan; her second husband, Robert Nugent; and five siblings, Theresa Butler, Kathryn Edwards, Clayton "Bud" Butler Jr., Charles Butler and Richard Butler.
