ISABELLE C. BROUSSARD
Breaux Bridge - Funeral services were held Friday, June 26 at St. Bernard
Catholic Church for Isabelle Champagne Broussard, 93, of Lafayette, who died
Wednesday, June 24, 1998, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Burial followed in the St. Bernard Cemetery #1.
Survivors include three sons, Howard Dejean of Broussard, Wilbert Dejean of
Arnaudville and John F. Champagne of Lafayette; three daughters, Sybil Romero
of Lafayette, Oline D. Hebert of Breaux Bridge and Clara N. Girard of
Youngsville; one brother, June Champagne of Metairie; five sisters, Gertrude
Hebert and Ollie Thomassee, both of Cecilia, and Donna Angelle, Anna Lou Hayes
and Merline Webre, all of Breaux Bridge; 32 grandchildren and 48
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Broussard; two sons,
Chfistopher and Aubrey Dejean; and one daughter, Odette Latiolais.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
