Windle Ray Thompson of Rose Road died at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was a Veteran and a Baptist Minister.

He was survived by his wife, Wanda (Smith) Thompson; his sons, Jamy (and Samantha) Thompson and Travis Thompson; his daughters, Tammy (and Billy) Coomer, Marlina (and Michael) Coomer, Jody Thompson, and Misty (and Eric) Moon; his brother, Otis "D.C." Thompson; his sisters, Beulah Goodin and Hattie Owens; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Thompson and Fay (Merritt) Thompson; his sister, Wanda Jean Thompson; and his son, Tracey Thompson.

Funeral services were held at Seven Oaks Baptist Church with Brother Marvin Rose officiating. Lake Cumberland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
