I John Abney being of lawful age, sound in mind, though weak, this may last will and testament in the name of God Amen.
1st After all my just debts are discharged I will Martha Abney, the one third of my land her natural life time and as much of my personal property as may be deemed necessary to support her comfortable and the residue I wish to be equally divided amongst my children to wit, Berry, Celia, Jane Tucker, Milly, William, John, Joshua, Polly and Doshia Wiseman. My wish is that Doshia Wiesman's part or portion of my estate may be placed in the hands of some person and it will secured for her infant heirs till they are of lawful age to with, Martha J. Wiseman, Jacob and Abrum Wiseman. What money I have on hand I wish my wife Martha to have and dispose of it as she please. My wish is that Joshua Abney shall hold the amount of money coming to Doshia's heirs. I further appoint him my executor. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand this day and date above written.
