Her siblings are: Mahala, John Rial Jr., Annie Mabel, Jesse Leavitt, Hyrum, Jerry, Emma Geen, Sarah Della, Glen, Neta, Dovy Dean, and Rosal Love. The family lived in Lewiston, Utah until about 1902 when they moved to Teton, Idaho.
Nettie married Alma Donaldson on November 1, 1907 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They became parents to four children: Allen, Lyle, Ossie, and Bardee. They lived, first, in Teton and then in St. Anthony.
Alma died in 1958.
