Together they have six children, 22 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mary Lou’s highest priorities in life were living the gospel of Jesus Christ and caring for her family. She also had many diverse talents and interests, including painting black and white photographs, sewing, machine embroidery, cake decorating, gardening, photography, appreciating nature, and lifelong learning. Even more, she had a gift for sharing her knowledge, wisdom, and experience with others to both enable and to lift them. She truly was an inspiration to those close to her and will be greatly missed by them.
Mary Lou is survived by her husband, Lynn; her daughters, Deidre Newman and Sherri Wakefield; and her sons: David, Larry and Scott.
