FUNERAL TOMORROW FOR C. S. BOURNE
Clarence Sealar Bourne, 72, died at his home in Stafford County yesterday morning at 11 o'clock, after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of the county, and a member of White Oak Church.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at White Oak Church, conducted by the Rev. Thomas W. Alderton, of Martinsburg, W. Va. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The body will rest at Wheeler and Thompson's funeral home until 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Active pallbearers will be Henry Edwards, D. C. Stevens, Henry Rose, Charlie Stone, and Morris Sullivan. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Wine, Dr. J. R. Travis, Thomas Fines, Dr. L. F. Lee, Amos Montieth, and Price Edwards.
Mr. Bourne is survived by his wife, Mrs. Agnes Bourne, of Stafford County; eight children, Carl Bourne, of the U. S. Coast Guard; Elliott Bourne, of Gambrells, Md., and Henry, Sidney, Brodie, Mary, Charlie, and Grace Bourne, of Stafford County; two brothers, Charlie and Lester Bourne, of Washington; a half-brother, Theodore Murray, of Falmouth; and two half-sisters, Mrs. Maude Taylor, of Clifton, Va., and Miss Edna Murray of Washington.
