Vucich, Hilda Helene -- of East Chicago, Indiana -- formerly of Michigan City, Indiana -- passed away at St. Anthony Hospital, Wednesday, July 20, 1988. Survivors: husband, George Vucich of East Chicago; one brother, Fred (Evelyn) Klinder of Michigan City; sister-in-law, Ann (Bill) Logman of Michigan City; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; two brothers and three sisters.
Private funeral services were held at the Burns Funeral Home (Merrillville/Crown Point Chapel), corner of 101st and Broadway. Cremation followed at the Burns Funeral Home Crematory. There was no visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in East Chicago, c/o Pastor Keith Berda or to the Lutheran Home of Northwest Indiana.
Mrs. Vucich was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church (Pastor Keith Berda) in East Chicago, Indiana; member of the F.O.P. East Chicago Lodge #51, Ladies Auxiliary; and a member of the Ladies Aid of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of East Chicago.
