Richard L. Paul Sr., 61, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 1994, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Dec. 1, 1932, in Peoria to George and Catherine Bennett Paul, he married Linda Maxwell on Oct. 3, 1959, in East Peoria. She died Feb. 9, 1992, in Peoria. One son and three brothers also preceded him in death.
Surviving are four sons, Richard Jr., Raymond, Joseph and Brian; four daughters, Mrs. LeRoy (Margaret) Wright, Mrs. Danny (Alta) Meyers, Pamela Paul and Georgia Paul; one brother, Charles; five sisters, Emma Grant, Virginia Waldron, Rose Spencer, Nancy Plymale, and Rebecca Lucas.
He was a truck driver for Ritchells Coal Co. and later a custodian for District 150.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
