David Ernest Cooke passed away Oct. 17, 2014. A graduate of Beaverton High School and the University of Oregon. He was a C.P.A. His passions were travel, family, books, music, and outdoor sports.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Ernest and Laura Cooke; brothers, John and Roger Cooke; and sister, Emily Mueller. His sisters, Priscilla Hill and Carolyn Wade survive him.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary. The family suggests memorial gifts to Mercy Corps or The Nature Conservancy.
